hehehe... she's more of a relaxed supergirl without the belt. Anyway, great doodle! Hope it helped you loose'n up :)
thanks...yeah, I've been terribly loose'ned up these last few days...of course, i'll need to return to Drock soon and tighten all up again...heh
Love it! Very nice work, sir!
thanks...*felt a bit like a "cartoonist" :)
I like her better without the belt
me too...i tried to make her look cozy...heh
by the by, I'm in the works on a piece of fan art of Dean Haspiel's "Billy Dogma"...:)
That's amazing. I love the detail in the castlerock she's sitting on.
hi, thanks...now and then i get in the mood to draw a lot rocks..:)..it's a nice exercise, as there are so few rules but the basics of weight and form.
Oh, that is gorgeous! I love that you paired her serene expression with such in interesting and vibrant setting.
hi there, thanks...having not really read any of the supergirl ( superwoman ) books, i don't know much about her, but i think it would be sweet if she were less of a crime fighter, but rather used her powers to simply hang out in breathtaking places all afternoon...heh
Hang out in breathtaking places... this makes me think of Miraclewoman in the Miracleman comic... actually I often start thinking of Miracleman when I think of Superman. I guess that is what actually led to a reread of the series recently, watching Superman Returns.
I might have to try drawing a Supergirl.
I sort'a imagine 'your' supergirl in one of your "walking to work" scenes...heh
I just read through your "hourly comic day" post...good stuff, and 19 hours :)
I like that the wind is activating her cape while she sits still.
you know, i did that without a second thought until you mentioned it...her cape is red, so your eyes go to it....almost gives the feeling that the entire rock is speeding through the sky
Purdy! She looks quite relaxed. :)
super heroes ( in general ) should be more relaxed...heh
*insert the sound of a drummer hittinf a high-hat* :)
I'm thinking now that I need a rock.
*grins* I suppose that will have to do until I find one to sit on myself.
incidently, I didn't use photo reference...and the rock you're sitting on has a breathtaking view, you'll have to just trust me one that..heh

Oh Andrew! You tricky thing. Just in time for Valentines. I'm going to claim this as a present, if you're alright with that.
I've got some interesting things up, btw, I keep meaning to give to you: http://www.foxtongue.com/auditory
you fell right into my Valentines trap...heh...of course you may claim it as a present :)
and thankyou...I'm peeking in there now.
that U.N.C.L.E. video/song is beautifully done...i wasn't expecting that ending...thought it would only continue to get worse and worse for that guy...heh

Re: you warm my heart
inspiring, isn't it? I've never seen anything that captured that feeling so succintly before or since.
