I haven’t tuned in to a whole lot of news recently...enough I guess, see’n as how I can’t get it outta my head that some people have got it in their heads to set up on rooftops trying to shoot the people being rescued...and while it doesn’t exactly come as a shock, it’s still the sort’a window into the human condition that just knocks the wind right the fuck out of my sails.
That inborn tendency for barbarism and all that...take mental stock the next time your at the fuck’n Walmart, the DMV, a traffic light, wherever...look around at your fellow man...odds are that were the collective shit to hit the collective fan, not so few of those nameless strangers would likely embrace the most cut-throat bowels of their nature and kill you deader than shit...ani’t we beautiful?
